Ventum stands behind the quality and engineering of our bikes and all of our products. Each item is meticulously developed in-house by our team of passionate riders. Our goal is to elevate your experience to be able to withstand all normal rugged wear and tear that comes with competing in a triathlon, racing a crit series or enjoying a long gravel road to nowhere.

Sizing

How do I find my correct bike size?
Preliminary sizing can be obtained by measuring rider height. You can contact concierge@ventumracing-me.com with inseam, saddle heights, or fit reports to discuss sizing and fit.
What is the maximum rider weight for Ventum bikes?
The maximum rider weight is 155.67 kg.

What are current lead times for bikes?
Lead time varies depending on the build specs and component availability. Please reach out to concierge@ventumracing-me.com for more information.
How does fully-assembled, hand-delivered shipping work?
Dubai:
Our VENTUM builders work on a tight schedule to offer a build within 24-72 hours for each of our flagship bikes. Delivery is within 12-24 hours of the bike being completed.

Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates:
Our VENTUM builders work on a tight schedule to offer a build within 24-72 hours for each of our flagship bikes. Delivery is within 24-48 hours of the bike being completed

*Please note that there will be extra charges associated with deliveries to the western region.

Other GCC countries:
For those based in wider GCC countries including Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Lebanon, Turkey, Jordan, Cyprus, Egypt and Oman, we deliver via courier.

Their expected delivery time will be between 4-6 days and may vary based on regions and customs clearance.

Please note that shipping rates may vary based on regions and product weight.
How much assembly is required upon arrival?
We’re proud to offer a fully assembled hand delivery service for most customers within UAE.

For bikes shipped outside of the UAE, the bike will arrive 85% assembled. Upon delivery, you will need to install the wheels, Seat post, and stem onto the steerer tube.

What’s the maximum tire clearance on Ventum bikes?
Ventum One Disc - 28mm max (700x28C)

NS1 - Tires measuring up to 30mm in width (700x30C)

GS1 - Tires measuring up to 42mm in width (700x42C) *The GS1 can run 650b wheels, with tires measuring up to 48mm in width)
Are bike wheels set up tubeless?
NS1, VENTUM One Disc, and GS1, when paired up with a tubeless-ready alloy wheelset originally will be set up with clincher tires and inner tubes.

A tubeless setup can be done as an additional option and cost for the client.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

VENTUM BICYCLE WARRANTY

We offer a lifetime warranty for the frame to the original owner which covers against defects in materials and workmanship. All bike purchases need to be registered within 30 days of receipt of purchase to activate the warranty plan. All components are covered by Ventum within 30 days of receipt of the bike. After 30 days, components are covered by the manufacturer's own warranties. Ventum branded handlebars, paint and decals, stems, seat-posts, forks, and fairings are covered for one year from the date of purchase. Ventum will not incur shipping or labor costs associated with warranty replacement.

What Isn't Covered

The Ventum warranty does not cover issues that arise from the following:

  • 1. Incorrect assembly after receipt of delivery
  • 2. Incorrect or poor maintenance
  • 3. Accessories and parts that are installed on the bike but are not intended for use with the bike
  • 4. Accidents, neglect, misuse, or modification to the frame
  • 5. Normal wear and tear
  • 6. Modification to the frame or materials
  • 7. UV damage, corrosion, the use of incorrect cleaning products, or incorrect seal-post insertion

Crash Replacement

In the event of an accident we offer a crash replacement at a significantly reduced rate to get you back out and riding again. This replacement is for damage that occurs to the frame during riding and does not include cosmetic damage. This offer is valid for up to 5 years and is only available to the original owner, with proof of purchase.

Coverage period is based on the purchase date of the original product. The period does not start over when a product is replaced. If your product needs to be replaced and we no longer have it in stock, we’ll try our best to find you the most similar product available. Ventum will not incur shipping or labor costs associated with crash replacement. You will need to send the damaged product back to us before we send out the new product.

We take pride in knowing our deliveries are 'almost' as fast as our bikes, regardless of whether you are purchasing a brand new cycling kit, building your dream bike or booking your Ventum a service, for the TLC it deserves. Please refer to the sections below for specific delivery times.


Bike BuildOnce you have selected your bike build, our team of expert mechanics will prepare your dream machine within an astonishing 24-48 hours. The delivery times from our workshop to your home depends based on location.

Dubai - Expect your bike 24 hours from bike completion.

Abu Dhabi and other Emirates - Expect your bike 48-72 hours from bike completion.

GCC - Expect your items to be with you within 5-7 days. Note: This may vary due to customs clearance.

Apparel and Accessories: Making sure you look 'good' on a Ventum is of upmost importance to our team, therefore our delivery team work against the clock to ensure you get your Ventum swag as fast as humanly possible.

Dubai - We offer same day delivery for any order placed before 1:30pm (Mon-Fri) For those of you who order after 01:30pm, you will receive your package within a record-breaking window of 24-48 hours!

Abu Dhabi and other Emirates -We offer same day delivery for any order placed before 12:00pm (Mon-Fri). Whilst the cyclists from other emirates who purchase after 12:00pm, will receive their order within a window of 48-72 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to processing and receive a full refund (a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment). RETURN POLICY

Ventum does not accept returns after 30 days from the date the item was received. If you received your order more than 30 days ago, and would like further assistance, please send an email to concierge@ventumracing-me.com and provide the following information:

Once we have acknowledged you return request, you should then carefully repackage and send your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, because you are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process. All demo bike sales are final sales. All cycling and triathlon apparel purchased at a discount or on sale are final sale items and non refundable. These items can be exchanged but must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. All items sent back must be unworn and in their original packaging.
