How do I find my correct bike size?
Preliminary sizing can be obtained by measuring rider height. You can contact concierge@ventumracing-me.com with inseam, saddle heights, or fit reports to discuss sizing and fit.
What is the maximum rider weight for Ventum bikes?
The maximum rider weight is 155.67 kg.

How does fully-assembled, hand-delivered shipping work?
Dubai:
Our VENTUM builders work on a tight schedule to offer a build within 24-72 hours for each of our flagship bikes. Delivery is within 12-24 hours of the bike being completed.
Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates:
Our VENTUM builders work on a tight schedule to offer a build within 24-72 hours for each of our flagship bikes. Delivery is within 24-48 hours of the bike being completed
*Please note that there will be extra charges associated with deliveries to the western region.
Other GCC countries:
For those based in wider GCC countries including Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Lebanon, Turkey, Jordan, Cyprus, Egypt and Oman, we deliver via courier.
Their expected delivery time will be between 4-6 days and may vary based on regions and customs clearance.
Please note that shipping rates may vary based on regions and product weight.

How long does it take to receive a refund after a return?
It can take up to 30 days to process a return.
How much assembly is required upon arrival?
We’re proud to offer a fully assembled hand delivery service for most customers within UAE.
For bikes shipped outside of the UAE, the bike will arrive 85% assembled. Upon delivery, you will need to install the wheels, Seat post, and stem onto the steerer tube.

What is included when you order a frameset?
Frame, fork, integrated handlebar (you will tell us your bar width/stem length), stem, and Seatpost (you can request 25mm setback, or 0mm setback).
How much will my bike weigh?
Ventum does not provide quotes on bike weights, as custom builds vary immensely due to our options available to upgrade components. Please reach out to concierge@ventumracing-me.com with further questions pertaining to weight figures regarding bike builds.
What’s the maximum tire clearance on Ventum bikes?
Ventum One Disc - 28mm max (700x28C)
NS1 - Tires measuring up to 30mm in width (700x30C)
GS1 - Tires measuring up to 42mm in width (700x42C) *The GS1 can run 650b wheels, with tires measuring up to 48mm in width)

Are bike wheels set up tubeless?
NS1, VENTUM One Disc, and GS1, when paired up with a tubeless-ready alloy wheelset originally will be set up with clincher tires and inner tubes.
A tubeless setup can be done as an additional option and cost for the client.

What tires will come with my bike?
The NS1 is typically equipped with 700x28C tires. The specific tire is subject to change depending on availability. Reach out to concierge@ventumracing-me.com for more information.

Does Ventum offer custom paint?

Can I demo a bike at Ventum ME HQ?
I already have wheels. Can you build my bike without wheels for a credit?
We do not build and ship bikes without wheels. The alloy training wheels are included in the cost of each bike and cannot be removed for a discount.
Is gearing customizable on VENTUM builds?
Currently, chainrings and cassettes are offered in one option for each groupset due to ongoing supply chain issues with the cycling industry.
Can I request a zero-setback Seatpost on my NS1 or GS1?
Yes. Please reach out to concierge@ventumracing-me.com to request which Seatpost you prefer. Ventum One bikes will use the 0 mm setback Seatpost by default. NS1 and GS1 Seatposts are interchangeable for 25 mm and 0 mm setbacks.
What saddle comes with the bike?
The NS1 and GS1 typically feature a Fizik Tempo Argo saddle. The Ventum One Disc uses an ISM-specific saddle. Specific saddle models are subject to change based on availability.
Which handlebars are equipped with the NS1?
NS1 builds with the SRAM Rival AXS groupset are equipped with a traditional two-piece alloy handlebar and stem, and partial internal cable integration. All higher-end NS1’s builds come equipped with Ventum’s one-piece integrated carbon handlebar and stem with complete internally routed cables.
Can I use a computer mount with the NS1’s integrated carbon handlebar/stem?
Several options are available on the market and will require an integrated center mount. reach out to concierge@ventumracing-me.com for more information.
Are clip-on bars compatible with the NS1’s integrated handlebar?
Ventum does not have any recommended clip-on aero bars, as they have not been tested with the integrated handlebar, and the aerodynamic profile of the bars may result in issues with installation and fit.
Can I get a powermeter on my NS1 with Shimano?
The new 12-speed Shimano power meter cranks have been difficult to source. Ultegra power meter cranks are not available at this time; however, alternative power meters are available such as Infocrank. Reach out to concierge@ventumracing-me.com for more information.
Can I add a power meter to the NS1 with Sram Rival?
Ventum does not offer this as an upgrade option. However, the Sram Rival power meter upgrade kit can be purchased separately from bike retailers.
Can I customize the crank arm length, bar, and stem sizes on my Sram Rival-equipped NS1?
The sizes of these items are typically determined by your frame size, and are subject to change, based on availability. Reach out to concierge@ventumracing-me.com to request specific sizes, which we’ll install if they’re in stock when your bike is built.
